All persons who have been employed as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Licensed Psychiatric Technician, Mental Health Worker and/or a Behavioral Health Care Specialist at Aurora Las Encinas Hospital or Aurora Charter Oak Hospital from August 6, 2005, through April 10, 2013, who have not previously opted out of this class action (“Class Members”); and
All persons who have been employed as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Licensed Psychiatric Technician, Mental Health Worker and/or a Behavioral Health Care Specialist at Aurora Las Encinas Hospital or Aurora Charter Oak Hospital from July 7, 2009, through April 10, 2013 (“PAGA Members”).
